Internsity is a platform that offers structured internship programs designed to provide hands-on experience, team-based learning, and expert mentorship to students, helping them bridge the gap between academics and industry requirements.
Any student or recent graduate passionate about gaining real-world experience and enhancing their skills can apply. There are no strict prerequisites, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • If a project is allocated by a client, 80% of the payment received from the client will be distributed among the development team. 20% is deducted for certificates and Letter of Recommendation (LORs).
  • For projects allocated by Internsity, no payments will be provided, but you will receive free certificates and Letter of Recommendation (LORs).
  • In case, if you want physical certificate then you'll have to make payment for delivery charges etc.
No payment is required for the certificate itself. However, if you wish to have the certificate delivered to your location, you will need to pay for delivery charges.
Our selection process consists of three steps:
  • CIT (Common Internship Test) : An aptitude and technical skills assessment.
  • Technical Interview : A detailed evaluation of your programming and problem-solving abilities.
  • HR Interview : Focuses on communication, teamwork, and overall suitability for the internship.
After selection, interns are grouped into diverse teams with roles like UI/UX designers, system analysts, and developers. Each team is assigned a leader and guided by an expert mentor.
Interns work on live, industry-relevant projects that challenge their technical and creative skills. Projects include web development, app development, system design, and more.
In the future, we aim to expand our offerings to include physical internships, freelancing opportunities, and client-based projects where interns can work directly with real-world clients and earn for their contributions.
