What we do?
At Internsity, we take students on a structured internship journey that mirrors the real-world hiring and project management processes. Through rigorous selection, interdisciplinary collaboration, and mentorship, we empower students to work on live projects, gaining practical knowledge and experience.
Rigourous Selection Process
Students undergo a CIT (Common Internship Test) to evaluate their technical and analytical
skills.
Shortlisted candidates face a Technical Interview to test problem-solving and coding
expertise.
The final round, the HR Interview, assesses communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Formation
Selected students are grouped into interdisciplinary teams consisting of UI/UX designers,
system analysts, and developers. Each team is led by a designated Team Leader.
Project Allocation
Teams are assigned challenging projects to develop solutions collaboratively.
Mentorship and Guidance
Each team is paired with a mentor who tracks their progress, provides insights, and
resolves
challenges.
Final Submission and Presentation
Teams present their completed projects, demonstrating their work and learning.
Certificate Allocation
Upon successful completion, students receive certificates that remain live on our platform
for future verification.
